Hervé Letoqueux

Hervé Letoqueux is the CEO of CheckFirst, a Finnish software and methodologies company fighting online disinformation through OSINT investigations, adversarial research, and the enforcement of European regulatory frameworks such as the DSA. After serving as Head of Operations at VIGINUM, France’s service for vigilance against foreign digital interference, he joined CheckFirst in 2025 as Chief Operating Officer before taking over as CEO. Previously with ANSSI, the french national CERT,, he is also the co-founder of OpenFacto, a French NGO providing online investigation training for journalists and civil society.
