Natia Mikeladse-Bachsoliani

Natia Mikeladse-Bachsoliani

Natia Mikeladze-Bachsoliani is a translator and cultural manager. Natia studied German language and literature at the University of Leipzig and since 1995, has worked for the Goethe-Institute Tbilisi/Georgia. She moved to Armenia to establish and lead Goethe Center Yerevan from 2017-2023. She is currently working as a freelance translator of literature, films and other culture related materials as well as an interpreter. She has translated around 20 books from Georgian into German. Among the authors Natia translated are Aka Mortschiladse, Tamta Melashvili, Archil Kikodze and Nino Haratischwili.
