Academic’s Circle: Building Resilience
3 p.m.: Respected scholars from different disciplines will discuss the impact of the 2020 Artsakh War on Armenian society, domestic politics, and its security and defense architecture. The war resulted in the loss of significant territories, loss of life and had profound consequences.The panel will explore a range of topics related to the conflict and the implications of the war for Armenia and the wider region, including how the war and security situation impacted the media landscape. The discussion will also examine the challenges facing Armenia’s defense establishment in the aftermath of the conflict, including the need to restructure its military and strengthen its diplomatic, political and economic ties.
